G209 Bow Shackle, Drop Forged
1. Surface treatment: Electric galvanized (grade 4) / Hot-dip galvanized (grade 6).
2. Cpacity 1/2 to 85 tons.
3. Sizes 1/2T -25T meet the performance requirements of EN13889:2003.
4. Drop forged, quenched and tempered, with alloy pins.
5. Working load limit permanently shown on every shackle.
6. Max proof load is 2.2 times of the working load limited.
7. Min. breaking strength is 6 times or 4 times of the W.L.L as requirement.
8. Approved for use at -40 degree C (-40 degree F) to 204 degree C (400 degree F).
